Start your day with a tour of Berlin with an expert local guide and see for yourself why this city is among the most important in the history of the world. We will unwrap the layers of Berlin’s past as you explore a combination of must-see historical landmarks and lesser-known gems such as Museum Island, the Holocaust Memorial, the site of Hitler’s former bunker, Brandenburger Tor, and much more.
After lunch on-your-own, we will go to the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON expo to pick up your race packet and explore the latest running gear and marathon swag! Spend the rest of the afternoon discovering Berlin at your own pace. Need ideas for your free time? Please reach out!
Saturday, Sept 26
Shake off any lingering jet lag with a light run from the hotel to Tiergarten Park, where your hosts will explain race day procedures. Remember: the Brandenburg Gate is not the finish line! Spend the remainder of the day exploring or relaxing and preparing for tomorrow’s race. Need suggestions for places to see or things to do? Please reach out!
In the evening, join fellow guests for a pre-race meal to fuel up and share in the pre-race excitement. Your hosts will also provide final information to help you conquer the streets of Berlin on Sunday.
Sunday, Sept 27
If you are running the marathon today, the time has come to lace up your shoes and take on the streets of Berlin. Before heading out, don’t forget to pick-up your boxed breakfast. Our team has run this race and can provide insights and tips to help make your accomplishment more satisfying.
If you are spectating today, our hosts will escort you to cheer zones along the course to cheer your runner on!
Once all of the runners have crossed the finish line, it’s time to celebrate! Join us as we lift our glasses to a joyous week in Berlin!
Monday, Sept 28
Our 4-night package ends today. If you are leaving Germany, farewell for now! Safe travels home or onward to new adventures.
If you are wanting more time in Germany, you can add-on our 3-night Munich Oktoberfest Extension.

The Fine Print
Deposit
30% deposit per person of total at checkout will hold your spot.
Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable including the price of the guaranteed entry. Non-transferable includes applying your balance to another person, another year, or another trip or transferring your guaranteed entry to another person, another year, or another trip.
Final Payment Deadline
May 29, 2026 Package must be paid in full by 5 PM ET on this date.
Travel Insurance
“Cancel For Any Reason” travel insurance is highly recommended.
Late Fees
A $50 fee applies if the Final Payment is received after the deadline.
Payments not received within five (5) calendar days of the Final Payment Deadline may result in cancellation of the booking at TST’s sole discretion.
Change Fees
For booking changes after the Final Payment Date, a $50 fee per person per change applies. For changes requested less than 30 days before the first day of the Travel Package, the fee is $75 per person per change.
Additional charges from travel or event suppliers which may result from changes to your Booking Order are your responsibility; you agree to reimburse TST for any such charges incurred by TST on your behalf. We will use our best efforts to accommodate the requested changes; however, TST cannot guarantee such changes once the initial booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Penalties
These cancellation penalties shall apply to any canceled Booking Order, regardless of your reason for canceling (including by way of example, if the race for which you are registered is canceled by the race organizers or you experience an injury during training), or if we have to cancel your Booking Order for any reason outlined in our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to your failure to make your full payment as specified above.
All payments are always non-refundable, regardless of when we receive your cancellation.
Any non-refundable payments are also non-transferable unless specifically authorized by TST in writing, as indicated below.
