Monday, Sept 28
After a hearty breakfast, embark on your journey from Berlin to Munich with Triumph Sports Travel via private coach.
Upon arrival in Munich, we will check into the Marriott Munich HotelMarriott Munich Hotel and you will have time to explore on your own – maybe taking the U-bahn into the Altstadt (Old Town) to have dinner.
Tuesday, Sept 29
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll set out on a private walking tour of Munich’s Altstadt, crafted exclusively for our group. Your expert local guide will bring the city’s storied squares, tucked-away courtyards, and centuries of Bavarian history to life through rich storytelling and immersive insights.
Following the tour, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch in the Altstadt and wander its charming shops and hidden alleys—perhaps even stopping by the legendary Hofbräuhaus for a litre or two.
Wednesday, Sept 30
Experience the magic of Oktoberfest, the world’s largest and most famous beer festival! From the moment you step onto the festival grounds in Munich, you’ll be immersed in the vibrant spirit of Bavarian culture. Picture colorful Dirndls and Lederhosen, the lively sounds of traditional oompah bands, and the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pretzels, roast chicken, and sizzling sausages filling the air. In fact, we predict that some of our guests will return home with Dirndls and Lederhosen of their own!
Our day at Oktoberfest offers the perfect mix of tradition and celebration. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the festival grounds and enjoy thrilling rides. Triumph Sports Travel will obtain tickets for our guests which will ensure reserved seats in a one of the iconic beer tents, where long communal tables create a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Your package will include a meal and 1 liter of world-class Bavarian beer per person, enabling you to raise a stein and toast “Prost!” with fellow revelers from around the globe. We will provide expert guidance to make your day as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Join us for a celebration like no other, and take part in one of Germany’s most cherished traditions!

*We offer the flexibility for travelers to book individually while opting for double occupancy rooming with travel mates. We will assist in matching you with your preferred travel mates (send travel mate information to hello@triumphsportstravel.com); however, if any of your selected travel mates do not complete their booking or fail to pay by the payment deadline, your final pricing will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of confirmed occupants in the room. If no suitable match is available, you will be required to pay the package price based on the final room occupancy. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
**The triple room can accommodate three people with two double beds (2 people in one double bed and 1 person in the other) or with one king and a chaise lounge or two double beds and a chaise lounge (1 person in each double bed and 1 person in the chaise lounge).

The Fine Print
Deposit
30% deposit per person of total at checkout will hold your spot.
Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non-transferable includes applying your balance to another person, another year, or another trip.
Final Payment Deadline
May 29, 2026 Package must be paid in full by 5 PM ET on this date.
Travel Insurance
“Cancel For Any Reason” travel insurance is highly recommended.
Late Fees
A $50 fee applies if the Final Payment is received after the deadline.
Payments not received within five (5) calendar days of the Final Payment Deadline may result in cancellation of the booking at TST’s sole discretion.
Change Fees
For booking changes after the Final Payment Date, a $50 fee per person per change applies. For changes requested less than 30 days before the first day of the Travel Package, the fee is $75 per person per change.
Additional charges from travel or event suppliers which may result from changes to your Booking Order are your responsibility; you agree to reimburse TST for any such charges incurred by TST on your behalf. We will use our best efforts to accommodate the requested changes; however, TST cannot guarantee such changes once the initial booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Penalties
These cancellation penalties shall apply to any canceled Booking Order, regardless of your reason for canceling (including by way of example, if the race for which you are registered is canceled by the race organizers or you experience an injury during training), or if we have to cancel your Booking Order for any reason outlined in our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to your failure to make your full payment as specified above.
All payments are always non-refundable, regardless of when we receive your cancellation.
Any non-refundable payments are also non-transferable as indicated below.
FAQs
Your trip with Triumph Sports Travel ends in Munich. We do NOT transfer you back to Berlin. You should either a) fly into Berlin (BER) before the marathon and fly home from Munich (MUC), OR b) fly into Berlin (BER) before the marathon and fly home from Berlin (BER) but you must plan accordingly for the time it will take to return to Berlin.
Your ticket will allow you to sit at a table in the fest tent with your fellow Triumph travelers and will cover a lunch with a half chicken and two 1-Liter beers. You will be able to buy additional food (such as dessert) in the fest tent.
Absolutely! Although we would love to have you with us in Berlin, that is not a requirement to come along on our Bavarian adventure in Munich. As long as we have the space, you can purchase one of our Munich packages and experience a fun-filled time with us in Southern Germany.
The Munich Marriott hotel has a safety and security policy of no more than three people in a Deluxe room, so our packages have a maximum of three guests. There is an option to upgrade your room to accommodate four people. Send an email to hello@triumphsportstravel.com to inquire about availability and pricing.
Absolutely! We do not have any restrictions to whom we can sell trip packages. We welcome guests from all countries!
We recommend purchasing your Oktoberfest attire online before your trip to ensure the best selection, proper sizing, and enough time for delivery. Shopping in advance allows you to explore a variety of styles and price ranges to find the perfect lederhosen or dirndl for the festivities. While traditional Bavarian clothing is available in Munich, purchasing ahead of time can help you avoid last-minute stress and higher prices during the festival season.
