Why Choose Waterfront Village Apartments?
Waterfront Village Apartments offer a spacious alternative to a traditional hotel stay in one of Cape Town’s most desirable locations. Situated in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, these apartments are within easy walking distance of race weekend activities, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s top attractions.
Each apartment includes a full kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities, making them an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, or travelers who appreciate extra space to relax and gather between activities.
As Waterfront Village is a collection of individually owned apartments, each unit is unique. Apartment layouts, furnishings, views, and bedding configurations vary, and specific unit assignments are made by the property management company prior to arrival.
Apartment, Bedroom and Bed Configurations
The number of bedrooms reserved is guaranteed; however, specific apartment layouts, views, furnishings, and bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed.
Family Suite Apartments
Family Suite apartments are designed for families and groups traveling together. Bathroom configurations vary by unit. In 3-Bedroom Family Suites, two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom utilizes shared bathroom facilities. Guests selecting these apartments should be comfortable with these family-style arrangements.
Occupancy Requirements
Apartment rates are based on full occupancy. Guests must reserve with their own travel companions, as Triumph Sports Travel does not assign roommates for apartment accommodations.

Hotel Roomshare Policy
For all hotels (apartments excluded), we offer the flexibility for travelers to book individually while opting for double occupancy rooming with travel mates. We will assist in matching you with your preferred travel mates (send travel mate information to hello@triumphsportstravel.com); however, if any of your selected travel mates do not complete their booking within 120 days of the trip or fail to pay by the payment deadline, your final pricing will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of confirmed occupants in the room. If no suitable match is available, you will be required to pay the package price based on the final room occupancy. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This fully interactive experience invites you into the heart of Cape Malay culture. Under the guidance of a local chef, you’ll learn to roll rotis, prepare curry, fry chilli bites, and fold samoosas while discovering the history and traditions behind these beloved dishes.
The class is suitable for all skill levels and can accommodate vegetarian and vegan dietary preferences. Beyond learning new cooking techniques, guests gain a deeper appreciation for the culture, heritage, and stories that make the Bo-Kaap one of Cape Town’s most iconic neighborhoods.
The experience concludes with a relaxed lunch around the family dining table, where you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared together, along with dessert and traditional tea.

We will depart Cape Town by private coach at approximately 8:30 AM and return in the early evening. Guests should plan to depart Cape Town on Tuesday, May 26, and have accommodations for Monday evening. Please contact us if you would like assistance adding an extra night to your hotel reservation.

The Fine Print
Deposit
35% deposit per person of total at checkout will hold your spot.
Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non-transferable includes applying your balance to another person, another year, or another trip unless specifically permitted by TST.
Final Payment Deadline
December 12, 2026 Package must be paid in full by 5 PM ET on this date.
Travel Insurance
“Cancel For Any Reason” travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
Late Fees
A $50 fee applies if the Final Payment is received after the deadline.
Payments not received within five (5) calendar days of the Final Payment Deadline may result in cancellation of the booking at TST’s sole discretion.
Change Fees
For booking changes after the Final Payment Date, a $50 fee per person per change applies. For changes requested less than 30 days before the first day of the Travel Package, the fee is $75 per person per change.
Additional charges from travel or event suppliers which may result from changes to your Booking Order are your responsibility; you agree to reimburse TST for any such charges incurred by TST on your behalf. We will use our best efforts to accommodate the requested changes; however, TST cannot guarantee such changes once the initial booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Penalties
These cancellation penalties shall apply to any canceled Booking Order, regardless of your reason for canceling (including by way of example, if the race for which you are registered is canceled by the race organizers or you experience an injury during training), or if we have to cancel your Booking Order for any reason outlined in our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to your failure to make your full payment as specified above.
Any received payments are always non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of when we receive your cancellation.
